To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 365 juan's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You may close your 365 juan account at any time by contacting our support team, and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed. 365 juan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 365 juan may withhold any balance pending a full investigation, and winnings obtained through prohibited means will be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for responsible gaming reasons — such as self-exclusion — the closure will be processed promptly and the player will be directed to the Responsible Gaming page for further support resources. Accounts that have been self-excluded cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period, regardless of the reason given. If 365 juan decides to discontinue the platform or a specific service, affected players will be given reasonable advance notice and all valid balances will be returned in full. Any disputes arising from account termination should be raised with the support team within 60 days of the closure date.
